How do I search for products?

There are 2 ways you can search for products, navigate through the website to search by category. The second way is to type in a keyword to search through our search box.

 

How to shop in Qatsrin?

To purchase an item on Qatsrin:

1.      Find an item you want to purchase on Qatsrin.us.

2.      Choose the options you want for that item, if applicable.

3.      Click Add to cart.

4.      Take any of these optional steps:

·         The default quantity is 1, modify the quantity if you need to buy more and click UPDATE CART.

·         Add a note to the seller.

·         Shipping, taxes, and discounts calculated at checkout.

5.      Click CHECK OUT.

·         If you’re signed in to your Qatsrin account, confirm your shipping address and payment details.

·         If you’re checking out as a guest, fill in your Contact information, shipping and payment details. Tick Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers and Save this information for next time. There are benefits to creating a Qatsrin account before buying.

·         If you have Gift card or discount code, enter to apply before paid.

6.      Review your order to check that your information and order are correct.

7.      Click Continue to shipping.

8.      Click Continue to payment.

Do you ship throughout the United States?

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

 

What products can be returned?

Within 30 days from order date

Original condition: resalable

Not used or damaged

Original packaging
